Haworthia (Tulista) maxima 'sparsa' -Lemoenpoort
I am retaining this species under the genus Haworthia for no other reason as that it is still the most commonly used. The change to the more fitting Tulista will be made in time.
The 'sparsa' form could be taken as a variety of this widespread attractive species that occurs over a large area in the South Western Cape.
This form grows near Lemoenpoort and is notable for its often sparsely distributed tubercles and brownish colour.
Two seed grown plants at Leopoort.

A few seed grown plants are available on Plant Auction from time to time.
