This widespread bulb is rather common and occurs in a number of different habitats. The petals of the flowers van be white, orange or yellow.

Orange form near Kwartelrivier Caledon.	White form near Kwartelrivier Caledon.	Habitat at Leopoort south of Oudtshoorn.	Leopoort.

The yellow or orange forms are very rare at Leopoort but plentiful at other places.
