A unique Haworthia that is only known from one locality south west of Kleinpoort in the Springbokvlakte. It is related to Haworthia tesselata but some have beautiful, bands of white tubercles at the back of the leaves, somewhat similar to H attenuata. The plants are rather slow growers, making offsets with age. Included are some old Mavica pictures taken by Gerhard Marx. |
